Introduction
Success Financial ERP Module streamlines of financial operations of a company. Chart of groups and chart of accounts are defined here. Various accounts which are specified under different groups are created. Transactions are carried out on these accounts. Vouchers related to journal entries, sales, purchase, receipt and payment are recorded.
Success Financial ERP Module provides the flexibility of user-defined financial year. Using a Financial ERP, a company can generate balance sheet, general ledger, trial balance, profit & loss statement and daybooks besides many other transaction reports.
Success Financial ERP Module is integrated with Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Costing, Customer Care and Equipment Maintenance modules.
Success Financial ERP Module helps you in allocating budget for the financial year, deducting TDS (tax deducted at source) automatically depending on the TDS limit for a particular account and generates standard MIS reports based on the needs of the management of your organization. It also controls the numbering of all types of vouchers.

- General Ledger option takes care of all finance-related activities (transactions, book-keeping, etc.). Following are some of the sub-heads for these activities: Transactions, Day Books, Budget Reports, Bank Reconciliation, Expenses Comparison, etc.
- A/Cs Receivable option provides you with complete details of the customers under the following options: Customer List, Debtors Ledger, Customers Outstanding, Customer Ageing Analysis and Tax Reports. Accounts Receivable manages all the receivable due from customers efficiently. It allows instant access of customers’ record of payments and all invoices raised.
- A/Cs Payable option provides you with complete details of suppliers under the following options: Supplier List, Creditors Ledger, Suppliers Outstanding, Supplier Ageing Analysis.
- MIS option allows various kinds of analysis that help in taking decisions related to Finance.
- Reports option enables you to generate various reports in order to track the functioning of Finance department.
- Listings option allows you to generate various reports for the Master data defined in Definitions.
- In the Definitions option, all the Master data used in Success ERP Finance are defined. You can add, modify or view the details of Accounts, Groups, Voucher Number Control, Tax and Deduction, etc.
- Email option allows exchange of information amongst the ERP users
- Offline Reports option allows you to view or delete the offline reports.
